1. Overview of Services

Blueprint AI provides done-for-you automation and lead generation systems designed for service-based businesses, including but not limited to contractors, roofers, landscapers, plumbers, HVAC professionals, and similar trades.

Our Services may include:

• Ad campaign setup and management
• AI calling and SMS automation
• Automated follow-up systems
• CRM and booking dashboard setup
• Consultation, training, and ongoing support

2. Use of Our Services

You agree to use our Services for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not:

• Misuse or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Use our Services for illegal, misleading, or deceptive purposes.
• Resell, duplicate, or redistribute any proprietary software, templates, or systems without written consent.

Blueprint AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms.

3. Payments & Billing

All payments are processed securely through our designated payment provider.

• Setup Fee: A one-time setup fee (as specified in your agreement or invoice) is due before any project work begins.
• Monthly Fee: Recurring monthly payments begin after the initial setup period or as outlined in your agreement.
• Refunds: Because our systems involve upfront labor, configuration, and third-party integrations, all setup fees are non-refundable once project work begins.

In the event of a billing issue, please contact us at info@blueprint-ai.co within 7 days of the charge for review.

4. Results & Guarantees

Blueprint AI provides a performance-based service designed to generate leads and appointments for your business.

While we use proven frameworks and technology, your results may vary depending on your business type, market, and advertising budget.

Our performance guarantee (“5 appointments in 30 days”) applies only when:

• Blueprint AI manages your ad spend directly,
• The client approves ad budgets and provides accurate business details, and
• The system is launched and active within your agreed-upon timeline.

If your system does not meet this guarantee, Blueprint AI will continue working free of charge until the agreed results are achieved.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to the Blueprint AI systems, campaigns, scripts, and automation processes remains the property of Blueprint AI until your account is paid in full.

Once complete payment is made, you retain usage rights to your specific system, CRM setup, and branded assets created for your business.

Blueprint AI retains the right to reuse, modify, or improve internal systems, automations, and frameworks for other clients.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all business information, leads, data, and communications shared throughout the project.

Blueprint AI does not sell or distribute your data to any third party.

7. Limitation of Liability

Blueprint AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Services.

We are not responsible for:

• Client errors in setup, ad budgets, or data entry,
• Leads who do not convert into paying customers,
• Third-party software outages or downtime.

Our maximum liability will not exceed the total amount paid to Blueprint AI in the 30 days preceding any claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice.

Upon termination, all outstanding fees must be paid, and access to AI tools, automation systems, or ad accounts may be suspended until payment is complete.

9. Consent to Communications

By using our Services or submitting your information, you consent to receive communications from Blueprint AI related to your inquiry, project, or account. Message frequency may vary, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP to text messages or unsubscribing from emails.

10. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal obligations. The updated version will always be available on our website, and your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of those changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of [Your State]. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
